Statuses in VIPole

To set your current connection status for all users, click on the status in the upper left corner next to your name and select one of the options:

Online. Appears automatically when the user is active.

Away. Appears automatically when the user is inactive for 5 minutes.

Extended away. Appears automatically when the user is inactive for 15 minutes..

Busy. Set only manually.

Offline. When you select this status, you are disconnected from the network and you don’t receive messages. The status is automatically displayed when you are not online.

Invisible. When you select this status, your contacts see your status as "Offline", but you continue communicating with them as if you were online.

You can change the default time for displaying the «Away» and «Extended away» statuses in Settings: General > Inactivity detection.

To set the visibility settings of your status for a contact, right-click on the name of the contact > select the preferred visibility mode. You can set a permanent status visible to this contact.
