How to start communication

Communication in VIPole starts with adding users to the contact list. You need to know the exact logins (VIPole ID) of the users you want to add.

To add a user to your contact list:

1. In the contact list, click Add contact or click on the plus icon and select Add contact.
2. Enter the login (VIPole ID) and click Search.
3. When the user is found, click OK to send the authorization request. The contact will be added to your list with a hidden status icon – a grey shield with a question mark .
4. When the user accepts your request, you will receive a notification, you will see his status and start communication.

By default, unauthorized contacts cannot communicate (unless the user has changed the settings).
