How to contact developers
Technical support responds to user requests within 5 working days. The response time can be longer if a large number of requests arrive.
You can contact VIPole technical support in several ways:
- through the feedback form on the website
- via the VIPole application
- on the Google Play or Apple Store app page

To send a message through VIPole application, select the platform of your device below and follow the instructions:
- Go to Main Menu> Tools> Send Report
- Describe the problem as detailed as possible. The more details you provide, the faster we can help you.
- Enter the email address to get feedback and confirm sending the message. A technical data about the app performance will be sent along with your message.
- On the bottom bar of the application, click More> Feedback.
