Technical support is not responding
You can contact VIPole technical support in several ways:
- through the feedback form on the website
- via the VIPole application
- on the Google Play or Apple Store app page
- write a message to the address contact@vipole.com
If you sent a message in one of these ways and did not receive a response from the VIPole support team, the following situations are possible:
- You did not provide an email address to contact you.
- You may have entered an invalid email address.
- The response from the support service is in Spam or another folder.
If you doubt that you have provided the correct email address for feedback, or did not receive a response within 5 business days, please resend the message.
