Setting the online mode

You can instantly protect access to your data in critical situations. If you own a VIPole Team or a VIPole Enterprise, you can limit access to data centrally and block it on the devices of users by configuring the online mode in the Security templates tab of the admin dashboard Security tab > Permissions > Online mode.

When the mode is enabled, the user is allowed to use the VIPole account only when connected to the server. In this mode, it is impossible to open user account and access data offline, for example, to view messages, files and notes.

This mode makes it possible to deny the user access to the data that is stored locally on the devices of the user.
