Payment options and billing terms

There are three payment options for you to choose with the most favorable terms for those who pay for a year: in this case, the subscription costs only $5.99/mo. More about charge periods.

When the paid period of your subscription is over, we wait for several days and then your account is frozen until you renew the subscription. The two periods after your account runs out of funds:

1. Overrun period. The paid period is over, but you still can use VIPole and we're waiting for your payment. Depending on your charge period, the overrun period can be from 3 to 7 days.
2. Payment required. Your subscription is frozen, so you cannot connect to VIPole servers from VIPole clients. Your subscription is reactivated as soon as you make a payment. The new subscription period starts from the date of your payment minus the overrun days.

Alternatively, you can downgrade your account to Free. This is an option only as long as your Pro account is active.
